The KILOTERRA Story

Deep in the hardwood hills of the Midwest, a lack of access to quality hunting and farmland was all too common. That frustration sparked the drive to one day own enough land to enjoy with friends and family. It became clear that the issue of quality land access was not unique, and that others faced this same challenge. It was in that moment that the concept which would become KILOTERRA was realized: a company to facilitate the dream of owning land based on the premise of helping others achieve the same goal. It has taken years of hard work to bring KILOTERRA into existence, but the day has finally come, and we couldn’t be more excited.

KILOTERRA is an Iowa based Real Estate Brokerage specializing in connecting buyers and sellers of farmland and hunting properties. We are farmers and outdoorsmen just like you, so we understand your strong connection to the land. Though we are based in Iowa, we have experience from across the Midwest.
