New beginnings

Today I graduate. One the way from from my grad shoot with Keane, I realized I am so damn lucky to have had the college experience I had.

The biggest thing I learned is that love has no boundaries. These 4 years showed me relationships of every kind. At the end of it all, I came out wanting love. I came out realizing that choosing to love the person in front of me anyways — just regardless of the hardship we faced — is so worth it. Not because it means that the person will love you back all the time, or at all, but because you value the people in your life. You value every person who has touched your life, who has impacted it in some way, shape, or form.

I will always be thankful for the relationships I made AND for the people I met along the way. This journey means everyrthing to me. EVERYTHING. It showed me who I am. It showed me who I have the potential to be. It showed me who I WILL be — and I can’t wait to meet her.

Here’s to a new journey, a new place, a new road. But with the same dreamer heart that carried me through the first time around.
